Facilitated by Certified Nutritionist Bonnie Bertano, you will get new information every week in our 8 week program. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions and share ideas with other members in the group. For more information on this nutrition series click here.
Do you know someone who could benefit from developing healthier ways to manage stress? In the mind-body skills groups students will learn and practice a variety of mind-body techniques that have been proven effective for enhancing health and well -being. Mind-body skills groups have provided relief for trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, physical health problems or symptoms, ADHD, behavioral issues, anger management, difficulty with social skills, loneliness, grief, self- harm and sexuality issues. The groups are a supportive haven to connect with others and learn new skills. Empowering skills taught in the group include: exercise &movement, autogenics (self-hypnosis), breathing exercises, art for self-awareness, stress management, biofeedback, journaling, meditation, and genograms. Groups are facilitated by Natasha Pantti-Dulberg and will meet on Monday evenings.
